The economic endeavors related to wildlife and its commodities need to be conducted in a lawful fashion that safeguards the wildlife from harm.
Aim
Trophy hunting could contribute to Ethiopia’s economic benefits through consumptive use mechanisms and encourage Sustainable trophy hunting. Interested persons who are applying to get a license for trophy hunting must fulfill the requirements set in the revised hunting directive No. 31/2016.
